– Santiago Nieto, MultiPack D14
Santiago Nieto and his brother Francisco continue their family legacy in El Jardín, Robledo (Albacete), where they have been dedicated to agriculture and livestock farming for over 30 years. With more than 500 hectares of cultivated land and a large flock of sheep, their production of straw and forage bales not only feeds their own livestock but is also sold commercially. Each year, they produce between 35,000 and 40,000 bales, a task that used to require intensive manual labor or renting external machinery.
They discovered Arcusin through the B14 model, which they previously rented, and online research. Investing in the Multipack D14 was a key decision to optimize their work. "The change has been huge. We have increased production in the same amount of time and can now even offer services to third parties," says Santiago. Additionally, the quality of the final product has significantly improved, reducing moisture in the bales and ensuring better preservation.
The loading and logistics process has also evolved. Using the tractor loader, they now transport bales more quickly and efficiently without deforming the grouped packages. Their customers particularly appreciate the convenience of receiving pre-packaged small bales, making handling and storage easier.
For Santiago, one of the best features of the Multipack D14 is the pick-up design, with the intake opening on the right side and the guiding tines that optimize the grouping process. He also praises Arcusin’s excellent after-sales service, with which he is completely satisfied.
Thanks to this innovation, Santiago and Francisco have made their farm more efficient and productive, reaffirming their commitment to high-quality agriculture and livestock farming.
