What’s unique about this bale accumulator?
Patented working system, unique in the market
Works on the same line of the baler
Performance: it can follow up to 3 balers
Dependent on baled product & field conditions
High speed, perfect stacking each time
Collects bales in places with difficult acces
Full visibility during collection & stacking process
Comfortable and easy to operate
Independent hydraulic system
No big tractor required
Two working modes
Accumulating & disperse
Ideal for direct sales and lorry loading
Labor cost reduction and fuel savings
One man operation
No previous experience required
Why use a ForStack to collect bales instead of a tractor or telehandler?
A new, more efficient system at your disposal and here are some reasons:
Full visibility
when collecting and stacking
Visibility
Poor visibility
front loading system
Follows same tramlines
of all machines, less damage
to the field
Care of the
machine
and field
Works against tramlines
resulting in damage to
tractor components
Comfortable and relax driving
Comfort
Uncomfortable and stressful
driving due to strong leaps while
running against tramlines
Excellent stability and bale alignment

Key features
Electronic Control
Full control over the working cycle and performance visibility throughout the entire accumulation process. Permanent information inputs from the machine sensors and constant monitoring with warning and safety locking devices.
Bale Insertion Guide
It is mounted on the moveable lance and its function is to assure that the bales are guided correctly into the accumulator
Claws
Heavy-duty claws designed to grab all bale sizes & weights. They are located in the lower part near the ground, holding the bales tightly until the loading area is reached.
Lift Assembly
Responsible for raising the collected bale to make room for the next one. The retaining mechanism is located in the upper part of the lift in order to stabilise the top bale while the machine is running.
Unloading Hatch
Aligns the bales inside the accumulator and guides the accumulated stack out when unloading.
Crossbar
2 crossbars can be used for the two accumulator versions;
· Version 8, for jobs with 80cm bales. (width)
· Version 12, for jobs with 120cm bales. (width)
Own Hydraulic System
The power is fully hydraulic and independent from the tractor. It has its own high-capacity variable flow pump. It has electrically controlled hydraulic distribution. There is a total control of the operating speeds and pressures for all of the ForStack’s movements.
Alternative of manual control of operations using the levers on the hydraulic block.
Optional Hydraulic Crossbar
As an optional for the machine, there is an hydraulic crossbar which can handle bales from 31,5 – 47 in (80cm to 120cm) in width
Dimensions & Capacity
Same machine works for different bale height, no need to adapt
