The MultiPack E14 conquers United States!

Arcusin’s bale bundler convinces the demanding North American market with a series of custom adaptations tailored to the working style of American farmers and also to meet their demands, ensuring efficiency and reliability in bale handling, whether it’s hay, alfalfa, or straw.

Ensuring that no one has to get off the tractor even once during the entire work cycle and completing it at a speed never before seen in a packer are the two major achievements that Arcusin has accomplished with its MultiPack E14 adapted to the North American market. The machine’s optimisation work has mainly focused on the bale collection process, the tying cycle, discharge control, package compaction, and overall reliability of the MultiPack.

The final product resulting from the MultiPack E14 bale packer is of optimal quality.

The MultiPack E14 thus becomes, very effectively, the only bale bundler on the market capable of working with both three-string and two-string packages.

Adapting the MultiPack to this working style in the United States involved making slight changes and modifications, and consequently improvements, to the pick-up, ensuring that regardless of the speed, terrain condition, and possible level differences, any package (including the three-string one) is perfectly picked up and delivered to the tying and compaction chamber without issues and without losses.

The tying system has also been improved to such an extent that its reliability reaches nearly 100%. And in the discharge process, a fundamental innovation has been introduced: a second speed gear that provides braking during package discharge just before it touches the ground, allowing it to be unloaded gently and preserving its quality completely.

Significant improvements have also been made to the electronic system, so that the entire process can be performed and monitored from the tractor cab, with an absolutely user-friendly interface that fully meets the demands of American farmers. Additionally, the ease of machine regulation, also electronically, should be noted.

All these adaptations and improvements allow Arcusin to meet the two main objectives of its MultiPack E14 in the United States: that all the work in the field can be done without having to get off the tractor even once and at a speed never seen before.

Very convincing demonstrations

In recent weeks, Arcusin has been presenting its machine adapted to the American market to several groups of farmers in Washington, Alabama, Kansas, among other states, and the feedback couldn’t be better. A good proof of this is the demonstration held in mid-May in Arizona. Approximately 500 grouped packages were made, and the attendees enthusiastically applauded both the speed and automation of the entire work cycle and the quality of the resulting product. Among them was Trevor Bales of Bales Hay Farm, an American farmer and well-known YouTube content creator with almost 50,000 subscribers, who did not hesitate to praise the efficiency and reliability of the MultiPack E14.

Several trainings on the MultiPack were also conducted in states like New Mexico and Utah, specifically at Buttars Tractors in Salt Lake City. Meanwhile, a large part of Arcusin’s Technical Service team has been physically present in the United States, talking with customers to ensure quick service and proper machine operation during the peak American season. Satisfaction with the new MultiPack and the post-sale service offered by Arcusin is predominant, which is undoubtedly a clear sign that the United States embraces and applauds the only packer adapted to working with three-string packages. Arcusin is already much more than a purchasing option in America.
